MVMT impact moments

What those check-ins on the schedule are all about.

Throughout the weekend you'll see short MVMT Impact Check-Ins built right into the schedule — quick moments before each training block. Think of them as our reset button: a chance to refocus, get a few reminders, and lock back in before we get moving again. Every check-in has a leader assigned to guide your group through it, so you'll always know who's up.

Camera ready pass

Bring it every session — you never know who's watching.

After every session, standout dancers who bring next-level focus, execution, and choreography energy will earn a Camera Ready Pass. It's our way of recognizing the dancers who go above and beyond in the room. And it comes with a reward: dancers who earn a pass will be featured in small-group or solo moments during Sunday's Studio Sessions, where we turn the camera on our standout performers.

Studio sessions

Sunday night. Cameras rolling. This is the moment.

Sunday closes with Studio Sessions — one of our favorite MVMT traditions. These are intimate, filmed movement moments where we bring in real videography to capture our dancers on camera: solo features, small-group moments, and highlights for anyone who earned a Camera Ready Pass throughout the weekend. This is the kind of content you take home and actually use.

What to bring: pack (or wear) all black for Studio Sessions — but make it your own. Come with a look that stands out.

Makeup tutorial

New to ADC this year.

We're excited to bring dancers a brand-new experience at camp: a Makeup Tutorial session. You'll learn how to apply quick, professional, camera- and stage-ready makeup as a dancer. If you have makeup you like to practice with, bring it along — but no pressure at all if you don't. This session is about learning, not about what's already in your bag.
